Allan is a well-educated and highly experienced educationalist, whose extensive and wide-ranging teaching career has ranged across all age ranges from EYS to Secondary. He has a wealth of leadership experience and is a qualified external assessor and external advisor.

As a regional director for a large MAT, Allan was responsible for all of the academies in the north region. He has been a Trust-wide responsibility for EYFS and pupil premium, and was also employed in Manchester LA, as a quality assurance professional and senior advisor.
